Shipping & Handling fees

Standard Shipping

Generally all items will be shipped under this category. Delivery is made to all countries on the globe. The delivery time is within 20 business days from day of purchase. Standard shipping is free of charge.

Special Shipping

Scheduled deliveries, expedited shipping etc. must be requested specifically at the time of purchase. You can request for any special needs during the PayPal purchasing process. If special needs arose after completing the purchase process please contact findigart at sales@findigart.com

Delivery of Limited Editions (Original Prints)

Due to their prices, Limited Editions are always delivered as registered mail, meaning signature-required. Other formats are sent without needing the recipients` confirmation.

Surcharges and restrictions for delivery of large artworks

Shipment to PO Boxes/ Packages larger than 100×100cm cannot be sent to PO Boxes and need a street address in order to be sent.

Money Back, Returns and Replacements

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by findigart within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. findigart will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Partial refunds

Opened packages returned within 30 days of delivery will be refunded 85% of the item’s price.
Artworks with obvious signs of use returned within 30 days of delivery will be refunded 50% of the item’s price

Non-Returnable Items

Corrupt (stained, torn, etc.) and/or excessively used items will not be refunded.

Receiving a Refund

Once the returned item is received by findigart a refund will be issued to you via PayPal and an email will be sent to you to confirm that your refund had been accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from receipt of returned item.

Exchanges

In case of an erroneous item shipment on findigart’s side, a full refund for delivery costs will be credited to you and the correct item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package did not arrive to you there might be several reasons for that:

1. Item is too big for a P.O. box/ Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.
2. Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.
3. Other Address Problems. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages of values exceeding $100 will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to findigart.
5. Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send them the artwork, you may want to let them know that a surprise is on the way…

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Israel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (”Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; findigart has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
